Camper Applications
Referral applications must be submitted online, by fax or mail to Eagles’ Wings between April 1st and May 20th the year of camp.
Once an application is received, an introductory interview is scheduled in the camper’s home between Eagles’ Wings and the family. This gives an opportunity to meet the camper and discuss with the family any questions they may have.
This information is reviewed and the camper is notified whether or not they have been accepted into the summer camp program and the dates they will attend.
You may download a First Time Camper Application or a Returning Camper Application. Both forms can be printed from the website– please fill out and mail back to Eagles’ Wings. Both applications are available in Spanish here.
